Cristian Grobnic is a St. Louis based artist with a background in Sculpture and Printmaking. He graduated with a BFA from the Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville, with a major in Studio Arts and Minor in Art History. 

Cristian's art takes a blend of inspirations from his immigrant upbringing, education oriented career, and a general love of fantasy and folklore illustrations. He harnesses his imagination, labors, and griefs to illustrate images that are both whimsical and eerie with smirks of satire. Cristian's work always invites the viewer to look closer and rediscover a fundamental sense of curiosity.
